The Executive Committee consists of the two Co-Chairs and up to 9 further members elected by the General Assembly for two year term of office.
The Working Groups do the “heavy lifting” in the association. They are organized around different themes (WG page) and have one or two chair persons to steer the activities who report to the Executive Committee.
The Secretariat runs the daily operations of the association
EESPA wishes to create strong links with national/regional e-invoicing service provider communities through local “chapters”.
The first regional Chapter was created in 2022 through a cooperation with the German association VeR who act as EESPA German Chapter. The Chapter is represented by Richard Luthardt who has also observer status in EESPA’s Executive Committee and in the various working committees.
EESPA holds close relationships with these organsiations.
