For this Workshop our target audience are high potential professionals from within member teams, both business (e.g. product management, sales, customer service, and strategy) and technical (e.g. IT, data mapping, and technical support).
The Academy will feature a general tutorial session on e-invoicing with interactive sessions including the value proposition for e-invoicing and supply chain automation, key definitions and models, buyer challenges and approaches for public administrations, supplier on-boarding, connections/networks, service provider roles, EU Directives and the regulatory environment, benefits and business case, project planning, EESPA interoperability frameworks – MIA and MIFA, fiscal compliance, Continuous Transaction Controls (CTC) and supply chain finance.
Putting all the above into practise will be demonstrated by means of a case study.
Another part will focus on the EN16931 Standard and the EESPA CEF eDelivery vehicle, the implementation status and learnings.
