The headline results: 1 984 million electronic invoices were processed and delivered in 2017 by members of the European E-Invoicing Service Providers Association (EESPA). In April 2018, the German National IT Planning Council decided to mandate use of the PEPPOL eDelivery Network for transport of e-invoices to public authorities in Germany.
